Whitehall Resources are currently looking for a Training/Content Manager.

This role will be Inside of IR35, so you will be required to use an FCSA Accredited Umbrella Company.

Key Requirements:

– Designed and facilitated engaging in person and virtual training sessions as part of the global Information Cyber Security (ICS) training program, tailored to diverse employee groups across office and manufacturing environments.

Key Responsibilities:

– Support the design and deliver engaging in-person and virtual training sessions and part of the information cyber security training program.
– Create a series of personas to identify knowledge gaps and provide targeted training to improve cyber awareness and compliance with KPIs.
– Support the production of phishing exercise metrics.
– Support Annual creation and delivery of e-learning training material for office and manufacturing colleagues globally.
– Design & development of the ICS SharePoint site for better user experience.
– Support for the annual Behavioural awareness programs (Cyber Week).
– Development of video training content and employee guidance.

Key Experience:

– ILM Professional Trainer Techniques.
– Visio and Lucidchart.
– Jira.
– SharePoint Admin.
– Graphic design skills including Photoshop, illustrator, Media Encoder.
– Experience of delivery through Agile processes.
– Experienced in the creation of training content.
– Experience in leading IT or cyber security projects.
– Analytical approach, experience in writing.
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
– Customer focussed mindset.
– Data & reporting tools (Power BI & Tableau).
