Key Tasks: Work within the Support team to provide turnkey and specialist guidance to clients and colleagues in the resolution of Sage X3 applications. Provide excellent customer service. Keep software knowledge up to date. Ensure the proper protection of customer data in accordance with company protocols. Keep internal systems properly updated as required. Record support logs and related actions clearly and accurately in the support database. Keep customers updated on the progress of log investigations or resolutions. Liaise with suppliers to obtain necessary information or assistance for log resolution. Work collaboratively in a team environment, sharing knowledge to resolve logs efficiently. Handle escalation of logs to Support Manager or Director according to procedures. Provide on-site support or consultancy services to clients on occasion.
