SAP Application Service Support Analyst

Do you have:

*
Solid hands-on experience supporting SAP modules (ideally across SD, MM, WM, EWM, CAR, FICO)?
*
Experience working in an SAP IS-Retail environment?
*
Excellent troubleshooting skills with a focus on root cause analysis?
*
Experience working with cross-functional IT teams and business users?
*
A strong customer service mindset and the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly?
*
Familiarity with ITIL practices or similar IT support frameworks?
*
Willingness to participate in on-call rotations and occasional weekend support?
