Whitehall Resources are currently looking for an experienced freelance SAP Success Factors Consultant to join a long-term project for one of our consultancy clients. The role involves working on various client projects across Europe, with a combination of remote work and on-site travel. Fluency in German is essential for this opportunity.
Position Details:
- Role: SAP SuccessFactors Consultant (Freelance)
- Start Date: ASAP / Flexible
- Duration: Long-term (extension highly likely)
- Location: Remote with travel to client sites across Europe (approx. 20-40%)
- Languages: German (fluent) required; English is a plus
- Engagement: Freelance via Whitehall Resources
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implementation, and support of SAP SuccessFactors modules (e.g. Employee Central, LMS, PMGM, Recruiting, Onboarding, etc.)
- Conduct workshops and gather business requirements from German-speaking stakeholders
- Configure SuccessFactors solutions in line with client needs
- Support data migration and system integration processes
- Collaborate with international project teams and stakeholders
- Provide end-user training and post-go-live support
Requirements:
- Proven experience in SAP SuccessFactors (certifications preferred)
- Strong knowledge of core HR processes and their implementation in SF
- Hands-on experience with at least 2-3 full lifecycle implementations
- Excellent communication and consulting skills in German
- Willingness to travel across Europe as required by the project
