We are seeking an SAP Signavio Consultant for a large programme based in the UK. The initial contract is for 3-6 months, with a high likelihood of extension.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process Mapping & Modelling: Support process discovery, modelling, analysis, and improvement workshops. Design and document current and future-state business processes using Signavio Process Manager within SAP. Collaborate with Process Specialists and stakeholders to analyze and improve workflows. Ensure process models align with best practices and compliance standards.
  • Process Mining & Analysis: Implement and configure Signavio Process Intelligence for process mining. Analyze execution data to identify inefficiencies and automation opportunities. Generate insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
  • Code Intelligence & Optimization: Configure and customize the SAP Signavio Suite to meet business needs. Use Signavio Journey Modeller and Code Intelligence to assess system landscapes. Analyze dependencies between processes and code. Recommend optimizations for SAP ECC and future S/4HANA applications.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration & Training: Work with Process specialists, Business Analysts, IT teams, and leadership to align process improvements with business goals. Conduct training sessions on SAP Signavio tools and methodologies.
  • Signavio Implementation & Support: Configure and customize SAP Signavio software for successful implementation. Provide ongoing support and best practices for process transformation initiatives.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Create clear documentation of processes and findings. Generate reports to communicate insights and recommendations.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Essential:
  • SAP Signavio certification.
  • Experience with β€˜To-Be’ SAP standard mapping on β€˜As-Is’ processes.
  • Experience leveraging Process Automation capabilities.
  • Experience with Signavio Technical Process Governance and BPM frameworks.
  • Experience in process performance monitoring.
  • Experience managing processes from Signavio to non-SAP systems (e.g., Maximo, Microsoft).
  • Strong understanding of business processes and methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma).
  • Familiarity with SAP systems (ERP, S/4HANA, ECC).
  • Experience with databases and data extraction.
  • Advanced knowledge of BPMN 2.0.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Consulting background preferred.
