Project Planner

Whitehall Resources are currently looking for a Project Planner.

The role will be Inside of IR35, so you will be required to use an FCSA Accredited Umbrella Company.

Key Requirements:

– Define and communicate timing requirements to the HMI HF Team and other stakeholders.
– Collaborate with delivery and integration departments across JLR to align departmental planning with programme needs.
– Use JIRA and Confluence to plan, track, and communicate project progress and updates.
– Develop and adjust departmental work plans based on programme timing and late-stage changes.
– Provide regular updates on progress, risks, and changes to internal and external stakeholders.
– Ensure the team has the necessary resources and information to execute plans effectively.
– Coordinate with HMI teams across AAD, China, and Portland to align with spec releases and share planning insights.
– Track and report on project status, identifying and resolving obstacles to timely delivery.
– Lead large projects or processes with minimal oversight, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.

Key Experience:

– Proven experience working within Agile frameworks and methodologies.
– Demonstrated ability to plan for sizable teams in complex organisational structures.
– Background in delivering technical products collaboratively.
– Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders and communicate across all levels.
– Operate with precision and professionalism in high-pressure, fast-moving environments.
– Proficiency in Agile planning tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
– Excellent organisational and time management skills.
– Strong communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
– Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
– Bachelor\’s degree in Business, Project Management, or related field.

– Experience working in an automotive environment.
