Whitehall Resources is seeking an Oracle Analytics Lead for a major public sector transformation programme based in Central London. This is a permanent role with a hybrid working model, requiring 3 days per week on-site. The successful candidate will lead a newly formed analytics and AI function, driving data-driven decision-making across HR, Finance, Commercial, and other business services.
Responsibilities include:
- Shaping analytics strategy
- Developing products with Oracle Analytics Cloud
- Leading a small team to deliver insights at scale
Requirements include:
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC) and Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence
- Background in data product delivery in complex environments
- Experience with Oracle ERP/HCM Cloud or Oracle eBusiness Suite
- Strong skills in data modelling, dashboard development, and reporting
- Knowledge of ETL, data pipelines, and cloud integration tools like Oracle Integration Cloud
- Leadership experience and ability to collaborate with stakeholders
Desirable qualities include:
