Lead Motion Animator
Whitehall Resources currently require an experienced Lead Motion Animator to work with a key client in Warwickshire
**Please note this role will be INSIDE IR35 and requires 2-3 Days onsite in Warwickshire**
Key accountabilities:
• Create and implement motion design systems, animations, transitions and micro interactions into the design of HMI and UI UX content across various digital platforms
• Collaborate closely with UI and UX designers to translate static design content into dynamic intuitive experiences
• Work closely with technical teams and SW developers to ensure dynamic content is optimised and feasible.
• Maintain visual consistency across multiple interactions within digital experiences
• Liaise and co-ordinate with creative operations , programme management and business operations teams to ensure content delivery timing can be supported.
• Stakeholder management across interdependent design functions
Essential skills:
• Experience creating animations/motion graphics in AfterEffects
• Storyboarding/sketching
• Defining motion/animation styles and behaviours for handover documentation
Critical capabilities
• Excellent interaction design experience gained in agency and corporate settings
• Demonstrable experience of delivering motion and interaction design solutions across multiple digital applications, screen sizes and devices.
• Understanding of animation design principles – timing, easing etc
• Deep knowledge of interaction design..
• Strong proficiency in after effects, principle, framer, etc
• 3d skills in cinema4d, blender etc, preferable.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies such as html, css, java etc
• Experience of prototype builds and iterative improvement
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
• Good interpersonal skills and the ability to present complex information to all levels within the business
• Comfortable working across different cultures, geography and time zones.
• Able to adapt to a fast-paced design environment.
