Embedded Software Engineer – SC Cleared
Whitehall Resources currently require an experienced Embedded Software Engineer to work with a key client based in Hampshire.
Please note: This role requires 3-5 days onsite weekly and candidates must work via an Umbrella company.
Your skills and experience
- Solid knowledge (5/7 years of experience) of modern C++ software engineering for Linux platforms and experience in working at RF/SDR solutions (modem or similar equipment).
- Intel and ARM processors architecture (nice to have: worked at migration from Intel to ARM).
- Knowledge of Eclipse CDT (on Linux).
- Knowledge of DO 178C software standard (worked at increasing compliance level of existing software).
- Basic knowledge of unit and integration test tools (e.g., Gitlab, Jenkins, Google Test, Robot Framework).
- Good knowledge of Atlassian toolset (e.g., Jira, Confluence, BitBucket).
- Able to work in Agile or Scrum working environment.
