Whitehall Resources are currently looking for a PSO Team Lead on a hybrid basis in Barrow for an initial 5 month contract.

Job Spec
- Set up project folders and ensure PO, Proposal and FA are copied there
- Arrange for set up in CAPG area
- Arrange, attend and document minutes for the Sales to Delivery Handover within the required timescale and provide support to the EM for this process
- Create Resource Tracker
- Support EMs with Project artefacts (Resource Tracker, Project Workbook)
- Meet with EMs on a regular basis (minimum fortnightly) using the EM 1-1 agenda
- Support EMs as required for eMonitoring :
- Update new eMonitoring record with forecast, client orders, PfOs according to the BCS
- Ensure all CRs added
- Check with EM that forecasting rates are correct
- Pre-M Checklist can be used to review/discuss
- Provide a monthly compliance report to each EM
- Attend and document minutes for the monthly Steering Boards
- Carry out Compliance Reviews for each project on a monthly basis
