Our client is a leading manufacturer of adhesives, supplying adhesives to customers worldwide, assisting customers with their specific bonding and sealing requirements. As a Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for visiting customers to recommend and introduce adhesives into their production lines. One of the key benefits of this role is the opportunity to work closely with equipment suppliers to provide customers with a turnkey solution. You will also have the chance to support new product launches and promotional activities, as well as travel to Europe for business purposes.
Responsibilities:
- Support with manning exhibitions when required.
- Track sales leads, samples, and projects, ensure regular feedback from customers/distributors.
- Keep company CRM database updated with visit reports, projects, opportunities etc.
- Negotiate and provide pricing and quotations for customers.
- Provide account sales support.
- Liaise with customer services and credit control to help service accounts.
- Maintain and develop relationships with integrators who manufacture equipment such as dispensers, UV lamps, surface preparation equipment.
