Our client is seeking a skilled and proactive Regulatory Officer to provide regulatory advice and support to ensure our client is legally compliant with product related regulations globally. The regulatory team works globally as one department with close collaboration between the EU and US team members to support the global business needs. Regulatory officers are expected to support Sales, regulatory requests and authoring regulatory reviews.
- Stay up to date with all relevant local, national, and international regulations that govern chemical mixtures, including but not limited to REACH, GHS, CLP, FCM, FDA, and other relevant frameworks.
- Understand and communicate the impact of regulatory changes on our products and processes.
- Support the implementation of strategies to ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
- Regulatory intelligence: Stay informed about emerging trends, advancements, and best practices in the regulatory field related to chemical mixtures.
- Provide guidance and recommendations to internal stakeholders on strategies for maintaining compliance and navigating regulatory challenges.
