Whitehall Garden Centre is a family run and award winning business. An exciting opportunity has arisen to be part of an inspirational team as a Restaurant Assistant at our Lacock branch, in our Herb Garden restaurant.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills and great motivation are essential to create a friendly welcome.
Part time hours available - working every other weekend and Mondays (may change in line with business need).
- Ensuring all customers are greeted and offered assistance.
- Handling customer queries courteously and efficiently.
- Ensure all food is stored and handled to company standards.
- Clear tables quickly and help keep the restaurant clean, tidy and attractive.
- Operate a till with efficiency.
- Prepare and serve drinks to the specified standard, in an efficient and friendly manner.
- Experience of using a till and making barista style coffees required.
- Previous hospitality experience preferred.
- Transactions handled correctly and courteously.
