Whitehall Garden Centre is a family run and award winning business. An exciting opportunity has arisen to be part of an inspirational team as a Chef de Partie at our Lacock Garden Centre near Chippenham. The ideal candidate will have a passion for fresh food, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills and great motivation are essential.
Your days of work will include working 4 days between Monday to Friday and alternate weekends, no split shifts. Bank Holidays are required.
Chef de Partie Key responsibilities:- Ability to organise and run your own section within the kitchen.
- Training junior members of staff.
- Stock control and compliance.
- You will need to show great communication skills.
- Ensuring Company standards and specifications are met and maintained at all times.
- Ensure the highest possible standard of hygiene is practiced and maintained to meet Health & Safety regulations and food preparation guidelines.
