An exciting opportunity has arisen to be part of an inspirational team as a part time Customer Service Assistant – Customer Service Desk you will need to be over 18 of this role due to the restricted sales authorisation needed.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills and great motivation are essential to create a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.
Positions are available for Saturday 12-8pm Monday and Wednesday 5-8 or 9pm working.
- Ensuring all customers are greeted and offered assistance
- Handling customer queries courteously and efficiently
- Cashing up tills end of day, refunds and authorising under age cashiers
- Maintaining good communication especially on the radio to ensure customer service achieved in a timely manner
- Maintaining good, up-to-date knowledge of the layout of the centre
- Ensure personal compliance with Whitehall’s H&S guideline
- Packing of goods and customer carry outs is carried out in a professional and safe manner
- Maintains a harmonious and cooperative relationship with staff, managers and third parties
- Trolleys and baskets always available and trolleys cleared from the car park
Helping in other departments as required, including working on the tills during busy periods
