*Responsibilities*
* Develop and implement lesson plans that meet curriculum standards and cater to the varied learning styles of students.
* Create a positive classroom atmosphere that encourages student participation and engagement.
* Assess and evaluate student progress through regular testing, assignments, and feedback.
* Maintain open communication with parents and guardians regarding student performance and behaviour.
* Collaborate with fellow educators to enhance teaching strategies and share best practices.
* Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with educational trends and methodologies.
* Uphold school policies and procedures while promoting a safe and respectful learning environment.
*Requirements*
* A recognised teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, QTS) is essential.
* Strong knowledge of the primary curriculum and effective teaching practices.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage students effectively.
* Patience, empathy, and a passion for teaching are crucial attributes for success in this role.
* Experience teaching pupils with physical learning , sensory difficulties, behavioural or autistic difficulties
* Ability to adapt teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles and abilities.
