Here at Whitefox Technologies, we’re growing fast, and we’re looking for a Senior Data & Business Systems Analyst to help us with our mission to reduce energy and water waste in industrial processes and drive real-world impact. You’ll join a dynamic, global team, working closely with colleagues across innovation, engineering, operations, and commercial.
Purpose
Provide additional capability to the whole organisation in respect of managing, processing and extracting value from existing and new organisation systems and data. The role will act as a business partner to all other departments, with a focus on improving data flow and data integrity from and between existing IT applications. To help identify and implement new IT applications which support the organisation's key goals and improve efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Working with each department’s managers and key stakeholders to identify improvements in how data can be used/extracted/shared/reported in order to improve overall efficiency and effectiveness of key functions/departments.
- To identify improvements to existing applications and/or plan for adoption of new/upgraded IT applications. E.g. SAP, CRM.
- Helping the company navigate the evolving AI landscape and related data.
- Represent Whitefox Blueprint values, standards, and safety culture to customers and external stakeholders during site visits and support activities.
- Work with key users to ensure awareness of and best practices in respect of data and systems integration; providing training/assistance as needed.
- To develop enhancements in reporting of key data sets in order to improve information flow and enhance collaboration.
Qualifications And Experience Required
- 5–10 years' experience in business systems, data analysis, business intelligence, or process improvement roles.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Experience with Power BI dashboard development and reporting.
- Experience administering, configuring, or supporting ERP and CRM platforms.
- Strong understanding of data structures, data quality, and data governance principles.
- Experience gathering requirements from non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience delivering process improvement initiatives.
Highly Desirable
- Experience with SAP Business ByDesign.
- Experience with Microsoft SharePoint.
- Experience with Microsoft Foundry and Azure AI CRM platform experience (e.g. Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365, HubSpot).
- Experience working across multiple countries or business units.
- SQL and data querying skills.
- Experience with Microsoft 365 administration and integration.
- Experience with Microsoft Power Automate.
- Experience with Microsoft Power BI.
