The Role

As Head of UK Corporate Practice Area, you will lead the development and execution of the corporate legal content strategy, ensuring delivery of high-quality, commercially relevant guidance aligned with market needs. You will manage a team of experienced Professional Support Lawyers (PSLs) and collaborate closely with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Go-to-Market teams to drive innovation and customer value. This role is ideal for a lawyer who enjoys mentoring, shaping ideas, and influencing the broader legal landscape, rather than purely executing transactions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and evolve UK Corporate law content strategy
  • Oversee creation of high-quality, practical legal guidance

  • Demonstrated experience in: Mentoring / training, Knowledge sharing / thought leadership
  • Strong commercial awareness and stakeholder management skills
  • Interest in legal tech, innovation, and AI-driven solutions
