As a Senior Reliability & Testing Engineer, you will be responsible for:
- Breaking down high-level Reliability and Validation Strategies into detailed, executable test plans; defining test sequencing, sample allocation, logistics, and schedule alignment.
- Coordinating with internal R&T labs, shared labs, suppliers, and third-party test houses for test execution.
- Managing test readiness including sample build status, configuration control, and documentation completeness.
- Coordinating sample logistics, shipment, and handling with manufacturing, suppliers, and test labs.
- Supporting PO release, cost tracking, and budget adherence for validation and reliability testing.
- Maintaining accurate test status, schedules, costs, and results in the project management system.
- Creating, maintaining, and issuing detailed test plans, validation/reliability test reports, and completing auditable documentation packages.
- Ensuring traceability between test requirements, execution, and reported results.
- Interfacing with Reliability Engineers, PDE, MPDE, Quality, Manufacturing, and Procurement teams.
- Proactively identifying risks, schedule constraints, and execution gaps; escalate as needed.
What you already have:
- 3–6 years of experience in test coordination, validation testing, reliability testing, or engineering project support.
- Solid understanding of reliability and validation test environments (environmental, mechanical, electrical).
- Experience coordinating with internal labs, external test houses, and suppliers.
- Strong organizational and project tracking skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tests and priorities simultaneously.
Preferred / Nice to Have:
- Hands-on background in reliability or validation testing.
- Familiarity with industry standards: EIA, IEC, IPC, ISTA, or customer-specific validation requirements.
- Experience with project management or test tracking systems.
- Background supporting data center power, cable, or connector products.
