Whitecross Hereford is seeking a Pupil Premium and SEND Support Worker to join our Inclusion Team and help raise attainment for our most vulnerable pupils. You will deliver targeted small group and one-to-one interventions, collaborate with teachers and families, and contribute to safeguarding and inclusion initiatives across the school.
