Whitecross Hereford is seeking to appoint a Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join our Special Educational Needs team.
Responsibilities
- Assist students with special educational needs and provide support to help them maximise their learning.
- Plan and lead the delivery of small‑group interventions.
- Support students with physical care as required.
- Safeguard children – ensuring their safety and welfare is central to all activities.
Qualifications
- The successful candidate will be organised, methodical, a great communicator and able to build strong relationships with students and their families.
