Key Responsibilities:. .
- Manage the day-to-day running of the store.

- Prepare staff rotas and manage shift cover.

- Ensure food hygiene, cleanliness and health & safety standards are followed.
- Monitor stock levels, ordering and minimise waste.
- Handle cash, till operations and daily store procedures.
- Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.
- Deal professionally with customer queries and complaints.
- Help increase sales and improve overall store performance.
- Ensure opening and closing procedures are completed correctly
