Requirements:
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in managing listing projects for another crypto exchange;
- Deep understanding of the crypto market, including regulatory requirements and trading strategies;
- Extensive network within the crypto ecosystem, including relationships with exchanges and listing partners;
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets;
- Previous experience operating across multiple markets and time zones;
- Ability to multitask in order to set priorities and meet business needs;
- Customer-centric attitude with attention to details;
- Ability to understand customers’ business requirements and find solutions to their pain points;
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to develop working relationships at all levels;
- Well-accustomed to a client-facing role, understanding industry sensitivities and market environment;
- Knowledge of CRM (Salesforce) or similar.
Responsibilities:
- Make WhiteBIT one of the top destinations for projects looking to list their tokens;
- Lead our efforts in establishing partnerships and negotiating listing deals with the established and upcoming crypto projects;
- Oversee the entire listing lifecycle, from due diligence and application to technical integration and ongoing support;
- Collaborate closely with internal teams—Business Development, Account Management, IT, Marketing, Finance and Compliance to compile necessary documentation, meet exchange requirements, and coordinate listing efforts;
- Ensure smooth onboarding of new business customers via KYB process;
- Achieve key performance indicators related to listing projects, such as revenue, trading volumes, liquidity, and pricing levels.
Would be a plus:
- Knowledge of other European languages.
