Excellent communication skills and the ability to drive and develop a small team is essential. Good knowledge of GP's and Health and safety procedures is required. The right candidate must have a proven track record in a similar environment.
The current style of cooking is Modern British focusing on Fish. Everything is home produced. The restaurant covers a maximum of 70-75 per sitting and the kitchen brigade consists of four.
