The project management function is essential within White Swan Data to maintain momentum on our projects and maintain a high-level of quality assurance. Our projects are complex, fast-moving and require a high attention to detail.

We are always on the look-out for talented project managers to join the team and help drive our continued success.

We are seeking someone extremely driven, highly organised, and ready to get hands-on in ensuring our projects run smoothly with the greatest impact.

Key Responsibilities

Craft and execute project roadmaps that span smaller specific projects and larger cross-functional initiatives, ensuring they stay aligned with business goals.
Oversee the complete project lifecycle, managing the allocation of resources, agreeing timescales, and managing risk on both short- and long-term horizons.
Stakeholder management, working closely with technical professionals and senior management, to foster cooperation and synergy, enabling the prioritisation and timely delivery of projects.
Manage the daily delivery of business-critical technology infrastructure.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Previous experience as a project manager in a dynamic startup environment.
A highly critical eye for detail with demonstratable experience creating frameworks to reduce oversights and errors in project management.
Exceptional project management and organisational skills.
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive results.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
