Who you are
- Educated to degree level or equivalent, ideally in Business, Merchandising or Fashion Retail.
- Ideally 2‑3 years experience in a multi‑channel business that includes wholesale.
- Strong numerical capability, accurate with good attention to detail.
- Strong Excel and MS Office skills.
- Proven analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to proactively manage workload, prioritise when necessary.
- Excellent written and verbal communication essential.
- Strong team‑working skills, able to build positive cross‑functional relationships.

Primary objective of the job
To efficiently and accurately execute the end‑to‑end operational activities of the wholesale channel, ensuring that all business needs are met and that our customers and partners receive a first‑class service and experience.
What you’ll be doing
- Onboarding new customers and ensuring timely set up with the finance team.
- Send order confirmations to customers/partners in accordance with business policy.
- Liaise with customers and distribution centre on any special outbound requirements, including booking deliveries.
- Provide data enrichment to key customers.
- POS management for new customers and service POS demands in season.
- Create, manage and update delivery schedules for customers/partners.
- Manage customers’ purchase orders and agree extensions where required.
- Run weekly reports for your assigned territory detailing KPIs on delivery status.
- Allocate and manage in‑season orders.
- Implement end‑of‑season order changes (replacements, cancellations).
- Action returns; provide authorisation codes for DC receipt and ensure the credit worksheet is updated.
- Track returns to ensure they are processed in a timely manner.
- General customer service tasks.
- Support the sales team during sales campaigns.
- Liaise with merchandising team to review the wholesale fulfilment tracker and support with delegation of tasks to the MAA team.
- Track intake daily and monitor launch position.
- Timely allocation of stock in line with launch targets.
- Manage workflow from allocation to pick & pack at the distribution centre.
