White Stuff is seeking a Shop Manager for our Kingston upon Thames store. You will lead a team, drive sales, coach colleagues, and ensure an outstanding in-store experience that aligns with our Be Friendly, Be Valuable, Be Inspiring pillars.
Reporting to the Area Manager, you’ll own shop performance, manage stock, visuals, promotions and health & safety. The role requires weekend availability and a 37.5-hour contract; you’ll champion local community engagement and deliver great service every day.
