Our original prints (all designed in house), intricate details and considered design touches reflect our personality and make us subtly distinctive. Our people are at the heart of our brand, constantly moving and driving us forward. We're sociable, talented and likeminded and we're not hierarchical or political in how we do business. We encourage entrepreneurial ideas and accountability at all levels.

Primary objective of the job: We are looking for an Insight Analyst to sit close to product and trading decisions. This is a commercially focused analytics role. You will analyse product performance, category trends, pricing and full price sell through to support range direction and trading actions. The focus is clear: what is selling, why, and what we should do next. You will work closely with Buying, Merchandising and Trading teams to turn data into practical recommendations that influence decisions.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Analyse product and category performance across channels
  • Track pricing, promotion and full price sell through to identify risks and opportunities
  • Support range reviews and trading meetings with clear insight and actions
  • Build and maintain SQL queries and data models to enable robust reporting
  • Translate complex data into concise outputs for non-technical stakeholders
  • Identify trends and drivers that inform range planning and in season decisions

What you’ll need:

  • Proven experience in an insight or data analyst role, ideally within a retail environment.
  • Strong SQL skills for data extraction and analysis.
  • Excellent Excel skills, including advanced functions and data manipulation.
  • Strong commercial awareness and understanding of retail metrics.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate complex data in a simple, impactful way.
  • A self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Desirable Experience with data visualisation tools (e.g. Power BI, Looker).
  • Familiarity with customer segmentation and predictive modelling.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing and campaign analytics.

What we will offer you:

  • Hybrid working
  • Quarterly/Annual bonus opportunity
  • Up to 25 days holiday per annum, plus bank holidays
  • 2 extra (paid!) days off per year to volunteer in the local community
  • 50% discount
  • Subsidised BUPA Dental Insurance
  • Healthcare cash plan and Life Assurance
  • Interest free season ticket loan
  • Pension Contribution

We are committed to creating an environment where we can all be proud to work and be ourselves. Part of this commitment is being an equal opportunity employer.
