You will be based in our Leicester office on Grove Park Monday to Friday working 08: .
You will be scheduled to work 1 weekend day in 3 on a rotational basis.
Weekend working is from home; therefore, a reliable internet connection is required.

- Experience of communicating with customers effectively via the Telephone and digital channels.
- An understanding of social media in a customer service environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- To demonstrably promote the White Stuff brand, ethos, and values in a professional and friendly manner at all times.
