You’ll deputise as needed, manage KPI performance, and ensure the store upholds brand standards and community presence.
The role requires weekend availability and a 37.5-hour contract. You’ll coach staff, manage visual merchandising, and coordinate promotions to maximise sales while maintaining excellent operations
