White Stuff is seeking a Cluster Manager in the UK to lead multiple shops within a region, driving commercial performance and brand standards.

You will coach Shop Managers, visit stores regularly, and implement the regional retail strategy to deliver growth and consistency across the cluster.

You will partner with Head Office and cross-functional teams, manage people performance and development, and ensure a high-quality customer experience.
