Who we are

White Stuff was established in 1985 through a simple idea. This idea grew and now we have shops and concessions in the UK and internationally, selling women's and men's clothing as well as beautiful accessories and homeware. Our original prints (all designed in house), intricate details and considered design touches reflect our personality and make us subtly distinctive. Our people are at the heart of our brand, constantly moving and driving us forward. We're sociable, talented and like minded and we're not hierarchical or political in how we do business. We encourage entrepreneurial ideas and accountability at all levels.

Who you are

We're looking for a commercially minded Digital Marketing Executive to join our eCommerce team at an exciting time for the business. Working closely with the Digital Marketing Manager, you'll play an important role in driving performance across Paid Search and Paid Social, while supporting SEO and Affiliate activity to drive customer growth and deliver trading activity across the website. This role is best suited to someone with existing exposure to Paid Search and/or Paid Social who is looking to further develop their performance marketing career. This is a hands‑on role in a fast‑paced retail environment, ideal for someone who is highly organised, commercially minded, and eager to develop their career in digital marketing.

What you'll be doing

  • Channel management & optimisation: Support the day‑to‑day management and optimisation of Paid Search and Paid Social, working closely with agency partners. Maintain and grow organic search visibility, working closely with our SEO partner. Manage the monthly Affiliate validation process. Support the optimisation of the product feed to improve performance across channels.
  • Performance & reporting: Own weekly reporting on key KPIs including spend, demand, ROAS, new customers and CPA. Analyse performance data using Excel and translate insights into actionable recommendations. Track competitor activity and report on digital marketing trends.
  • Testing & growth: Support the planning and execution of a test‑and‑learn roadmap. Work with partners to implement and evaluate tests, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and drive growth.
  • Cross‑team collaboration: Work closely with teams across the business to deliver against trading and customer targets. Brief in assets and copy, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and campaign objectives. Support website content builds to ensure campaigns and trading activity are executed effectively.
  • Operations & execution: Manage relationships with agency partners (e.g. feed providers, affiliate network). Ensure campaigns are delivered accurately and on time, maintaining a high level of attention to detail.

What you'll need

  • Skills & experience: Experience working with Paid Search and/or Paid Social is essential. Familiarity with platforms such as Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads and Google Search Console. Analytical skills with confidence using Excel (VLOOKUPs & Pivot tables). Experience working within retail/Ecommerce is desirable.
  • Ways of working: Highly organised with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities at once. Proactive and able to take ownership, with the confidence to work independently as you grow in the role. Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships across teams and partners. Curious mindset with a passion for testing, learning and continuous improvement.
  • Mindset: Commercially minded, with an interest in driving performance and growth. Passionate about digital marketing and eCommerce, particularly within the retail industry.
