PRIMARY OBJECTIVE OF THE JOB
Ensure we are the best on the high street for delivering an amazing customer experience.
WHAT YOU\βLL BE DOING
You will report to the Shop Manager and sit within our Retail team.
Customer Experience
- Meeting the A.C.E pillars (Be Friendly, Be Inspiring, Be Invaluable) throughout the Customer Journey.
- Understanding shop KPIs and working to improve them.
- Promoting multichannel shopping using the mobile point of sale system (mPOS) to show customers products across channels and creating endless aisle orders.
- Engaging customers with our brand by signing them up to email newsletters, tagging their purchases to their profile, and sending e-receipts in line with data protection regulations.
- Using knowledge of promotions or discounts to inform customers and increase sales.
- Assisting in events including Customer Events and preview evenings.
Product Presentation and Visual Standards
- Maintaining high visual standards in-store.
- Supporting with floor moves, mannequin and window displays, and replenishment.
- Understanding features of our product ranges and explaining them to support customer buying decisions.
Shop Operations
- Processing deliveries efficiently and ensuring products are replenished and available.
- Supporting stock management processes such as stocktakes.
- Using company resources like the White Stuff website, Looking White Stuff, the Tea Room, email communications, window guidelines, and brand posts to engage customers and ensure compliance.
- Being a team player and participating in team briefs.
- Understanding and complying with health & safety and emergency procedures.
- Maintaining a professional approach to internal customers, head office departments, centre management, and visitors.
- Fulfilling ship from store and Click + Collect processes accurately and efficiently.
Doing Good Stuff
- Awareness of our charity partner and supporting related events or promotions.
- Understanding our approach to ethical sourcing and environmental impact to explain this to customers and the team.
