Our original prints (all designed in house), intricate details and considered design touches reflect our personality and make us subtly distinctive. Our people are at the heart of our brand, constantly moving and driving us forward. We’re sociable, talented and like minded and we’re not hierarchical or political in how we do business. We encourage entrepreneurial ideas and accountability at all levels.

Who you are:

  • A confident and knowledgeable Leader, with an entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Ambitious, positive and energetic with a passion to succeed.
  • Proven record of driving growth through trading and operational efficiency.
  • A commercially minded strategic thinker with strong analytical skills.
  • A team player, holding a pivotal role within the trading team.
  • A natural communicator who builds trust with internal teams and partners alike.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable managing change in a fast‑paced retail environment.

Primary objective of the job:

As Concession & Marketplace Manager at White Stuff, you’ll be responsible for leading and trading our UK and international concession and marketplace channels — both in-store and online. You’ll take ownership of partner relationships, commercial planning, and day‑to‑day performance to maximise sales, profit, and brand impact. You’ll ensure our brand and product are presented consistently and effectively across all partner channels. You will report into the Channel Director and work closely with the Trading and Merchandising teams.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Lead the commercial planning, trading, and growth strategy for all UK and international concession and marketplace partners (e.g. M&S, John Lewis, Next etc).
  • Deliver targets for sales, profit, and sell‑through, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
  • Contribute to the wider commercial strategy, identify and evaluate new business opportunities to support channel expansion and long‑term growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, acting as the key contact for all commercial discussions.
  • Lead regular trade meetings with partners to review performance, manage the critical path, and agree actions to improve sales and ranking.
  • Monitor trade performance weekly, reviewing WSSI and key KPIs to identify risks and opportunities.
  • Oversee promotional activity and markdown strategies to drive profitability.
  • Work closely with the Concession Area Manager to manage and support the performance of UK and international concession shops.
  • Partner with the Merchandising team to deliver the right product mix, size ratios and stock allocation across UK and international concessions, ensuring customer demand is met and sales and profitability are maximised.
  • Work with the data team to ensure accurate and timely product setup, imagery, and content across all platforms.
  • Align with the Merchandising team and Distribution Centre to ensure timely and accurate stock allocation and smooth dispatch.
  • Plan and manage stock flow by channel, ensuring the right products are in the right place at the right time, and manage bookings with third‑party partners to ensure timely launches.
  • Line‑manage and develop a team of Assistant Merchandisers, providing coaching and guidance.
  • Share insights and lessons learned with the wider team to support trading across all channels.

What you’ll need:

  • Experience managing UK and international concessions, marketplaces, or partner retail environments.
  • Proven ability to trade successfully across multiple channels, delivering growth and profitability.
  • Ability to demonstrate commercial awareness with an understanding of consumer trends and competitors.
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills, with confidence using data to drive decisions.
  • Excellent relationship‑building and negotiation skills.
  • Highly organised, collaborative, and commercially focused.
  • Strong team working skills, able to build positive cross‑functional relationships.
  • Experience managing a team, with the ability to develop and coach others.
  • A proactive approach to identifying new business opportunities and supporting channel expansion.
