The predicted salary is between 30000 - 40000 £ per year.

To efficiently and accurately execute the end-to-end operational activities of the wholesale channel, ensuring that all business needs are met and that our customers and partners receive a first-class service and experience.

What you'll be doing:

  • Onboarding new customers and ensuring timely setup with the finance team
  • Send order confirmations to customers/partners in accordance with business policy
  • Liaise with customers & DC on any special outbound requirements, including booking in deliveries
  • Provide data enrichment to key customers
  • POS management for new customers & service POS demands in season
  • Create, manage and update delivery schedules for customers/partners
  • Manage customers' PO's and agree extensions where required
  • Run weekly reports for your assigned territory detailing KPIs on delivery status
  • Allocate and manage in-season orders
  • Implement end-of-season order changes (replacements, cancellations)
  • Action returns; providing authorization codes for DC receipt and ensuring credit worksheet is updated
  • Track returns to ensure they are processed in a timely manner
  • General customer service tasks
  • Support sales team during sales campaigns
  • Liaise with merchandising team to review wholesale fulfilment tracker and support with delegation of tasks to the MAA team
  • Track intake daily & monitor launch position
  • Timely allocation of stock in line with launch targets
  • Manage workflow from allocation to pick & pack at the DC

Qualifications:

  • Educated to degree level or equivalent, ideally in Business, Merchandising or Fashion Retail
  • Ideally 2-3 years experience in a multi-channel business that includes wholesale
  • Strong numerical capability, accurate with good attention to detail
  • Strong Excel and MS Office skills
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to proactively manage workload, prioritising when necessary
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong team-working skills, able to build positive cross-functional relationships
  • Lots of initiative and good decision-making skills
  • Candidate should be keen to progress their career in a growing company
