This award winning architectural and interiors practice, with an enviable reputation in hospitality projects, is urgently seeking 2x Contract Architects or Senior Architectural Technicians with proven RIBA stage 5 construction experience and AutoCAD skills. This practice offers a vibrant, friendly, and collaborative studio environment where the successful Contract Architects or Senior Architectural Technicians will join a dedicated project team of 5-10 people working on an exciting luxury hotel refurbishment project in London. Tasks will include working on the interior and/or exterior construction packages producing plans, elevations, details, RCP’s, setting out drawings, visiting site, coordinating sub-contractors and more. Contract Architects and Senior Architectural Technicians applying must have proven construction experience and strong skills of producing RIBA stage 5 technical construction drawing packages and details in AutoCAD (interior or exterior), whilst working on other medium to large sized projects. Please note that hospitality sector experience is not specifically required for these positions. This client will only be able to consider Contract Architects or Senior Architectural Technicians who are either immediately available or who can start within the next 1-2 weeks. The environment is 3 days in the office SE1 (sometimes replaced by site visits), and 2 days from home, 37.5 hours per week. #J-18808-Ljbffr
