This market leading global transportation architecture practice is urgently seeking a Wayfinding Designer to design artwork from initial concept through to production for a new International Airport scheme, initially on a 12 month contract.

With over 160 employees, this top international practice offers a collaborative relaxed environment with exposure to large diverse teams where management are fully involved on all projects. There is no hierarchy; everyone has a voice and they follow structured daily stand-ups with project timescales ranging several weeks to months, depending on the project.

The successful Wayfinding Designer will be tasked to:

  • Design artwork from concept to production
  • Develop wayfinding strategies
  • Create presentations
  • Adopt wayfinding and graphic standards
  • Create signage schedules and location plans for production and coordination

Wayfinding Designers applying need a creative and imaginative approach to problem solving, and proven practical experience in graphic design, information design and wayfinding, coupled with excellent skills in using Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop).

Please note that this position is urgent and therefore we can only consider Wayfinding Designers who are either immediately available or have a notice period of up to 4 weeks.

This client is offering hybrid working: 2 days in their SE1 office and 3 days from home, and 40 hours per week Monday to Friday.
