Project Architect for Manchester | Workplace & Commercial Projects! Our client is one of Manchester's most welcoming and collaborative architecture studios, a genuinely friendly team with an excellent culture, where people enjoy coming to work and supporting one another. They have built a strong reputation for delivering thoughtful, high-quality commercial and workplace projects and are now looking to bring in an experienced Project Architect to join the team. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of a significant £20m training facility project, currently moving into RIBA Stage 3 and beyond. The scheme is a unique semi-industrial building comprising classrooms, workshops, an auditorium, and flexible workspace environments.

About You

  • ARB registered Architect with strong post-qualification experience.
  • Proven experience delivering workplace and/or commercial projects, ideally through RIBA Stage 3 onwards.
  • Confident taking ownership of projects and leading design teams.
  • Strong technical and coordination skills with experience working alongside consultants and wider project teams.
  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach.
  • Proficient in Revit – this is an essential requirement.
  • Available to start as soon as possible, ideally with a notice period of no more than 4 weeks.
