This medium sized B Corp architecture practice known for delivering exceptional buildings is urgently seeking a Package Architect or Senior Architectural Assistant to support a large new-build commercial scheme working on RIBA 4 initially for 6 months, but with likely extensions as the project transitions to RIBA 5.

With beautifully designed offices and employing over 50 people, this top UK design practice also offers a relaxed and caring management team who place employee welfare right at the top of their agenda. Not only this, being a B Corp practice, sustainability is also at the core of most of their projects where environmental and social impact takes a higher priority than just making profits.

The successful Package Architects or Senior Architectural Assistants will have proven technical knowledge and experience of previously working on the technical delivery stages for commercial / workplace projects and have demonstrable in-practice Revit skills to qualify.

Package Architects or Senior Architectural Assistants applying should consider their Revit skills to be more than intermediate, already having a strong understanding of RIBA stage 4, and ideally have experience of producing planning information from multiple models.

Please note that this position is urgent for a start in early July and therefore we can only consider Package Architects or Senior Architectural Assistants who are either immediately available or have a short notice period.

This client can accept LTD or PAYE temp through White Space, or FTC PAYE on their own payroll.
