A growing architecture and interior design studio in London is looking for a highly technical Senior Architect to join their expanding team. The practice is widely recognised for delivering retail projects and is now growing further into the F&B sector, including multiple brand new drive thru developments. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys technical delivery, coordination and producing high-quality construction information across fast-paced commercial projects.
The Role:
- Lead and deliver full construction packages across retail and F&B projects
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors and internal teams
- Work on new-build Drive Thru schemes from ground level up
- Oversee technical detailing, MEP coordination and regulatory compliance
- Support the continued growth and development of the architecture team
- Manage project delivery through technical and construction stages
Requirements:
- Strong technical architectural background with excellent detailing ability
- Experience delivering retail and/or F&B projects in the UK
- Good understanding of commercial kitchens, MEP coordination and UK regulations
- Proven experience producing full construction drawing packages
- AutoCAD proficiency essential | Revit advantageous
- Strong communication and coordination skills
