A leading international design and architecture practice is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join its London studio. This is an opportunity to lead the delivery of major healthcare, science, education and commercial projects, working with high-profile clients on complex, design-led schemes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage large, complex projects from concept through to construction.
  • Oversee project programmes, budgets, resources and delivery teams.
  • Build and maintain strong client, consultant and stakeholder relationships.
  • Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and ensure quality, compliance and design intent are maintained throughout.
  • Lead project reporting, contract administration and project governance.
  • Support business development activities, bids and client presentations.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Architect with 15+ years' professional experience.
  • Minimum 8 years' experience in a Project Management role.
  • Strong experience delivering large-scale healthcare projects (science, education or commercial project experience also beneficial).
  • Proven track record managing projects through all RIBA stages.
  • Excellent client-facing, leadership and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Revit.
