Senior Technologist or Architect for high-end residential developer based in north London. I am working closely with an established and extremely successful family-owned high end residential developer based in the heart of north London who possess an unrivalled reputation and passion! Due to a burgeoning pipeline of work that ranges from bespoke luxurious one-off houses for individual clients to small to medium scale high-end residential developments they now need to add to their inhouse technical team.
THE BRIEF:
- Senior Technologist or UK registered Architect (will consider a technically oriented Architectural Assistant as well)
- Minimum of 5 years professional experience
- AutoCAD literate
- Extensive experience working on UK based residential developments (including high-end ideally)
- Exquisite technical detailing skills
- Ability to liaise with the construction team
- Passionate about the nitty gritty and putting together high quality working drawing packages
- Great team player
