We are seeking a talented and experienced Project Interior Architect to join a London based team working on a range of high quality hospitality interior projects. The ideal candidate will bring strong design sensibilities, excellent attention to detail and proven experience across all RIBA stages, with particular strength in detailed design and construction.
This role offers the opportunity to contribute creatively and technically from concept through to completion, working closely with the Partner and the Project Associate.
Key Responsibilities
- Create interior design and technical drawing packages using Revit
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and manage consultant and client input
- Oversee project delivery through all RIBA stages
- Support the creative vision with practical and buildable solutions in collaboration with the Project Associate
- Participate in client project reviews and guide project team members in producing detailed package information
Minimum Requirements
- At least three to four years of post graduate experience in a similar role
- Strong project running ability with excellent time management skills
- Proven experience delivering projects from detailed design through to completion including snagging and defect resolution
- Strong knowledge of UK Building Regulations, British Standards and statutory processes
Software Skills
- Advanced proficiency in Revit
