You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders across the business, helping elevate the company’s profile internally and externally while supporting wider business development and marketing initiatives. What you’ll be doing:
- Creating and managing content across digital channels including social media, website, newsletters and internal communications
- Developing engaging project stories, case studies, award entries and thought leadership content
- Collaborating with technical teams to translate complex information into accessible, audience-friendly messaging
- Supporting brand consistency across all communications and marketing materials
- Coordinating marketing assets including CVs, presentations, imagery and promotional collateral
- Monitoring campaign and communication performance to identify opportunities for improvement
- Assisting with bids, proposals, events and wider business development activity
- Working alongside leadership teams to deliver high-quality marketing and communications initiatives across the business
What we’re looking for:
- Previous experience within communications, marketing, content or brand-focused roles
- Strong copywriting and editing skills with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to simplify technical or complex information into engaging content
- Confident managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Experience working with stakeholders across different levels of a business
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign and Photoshop
- Familiarity with social media scheduling and content management tools
- An interest in architecture, engineering, sustainability or the built environment would be highly advantageous
