Senior Technologist or Senior Project Architect - Strong Auto CAD - RIBA 1-5 - Large High-End Residential Project This architectural and interiors practice offers a bespoke design and project management service to high-net-worth residential clients and is urgently seeking an extra Senior Technician, Architect or Principal Designer with strong Auto CAD skills for a contract running to April 2027 with likely extensions.
The successful Senior Technologist or Senior Project Architect will be working on the extensive refurbishment of a substantial listed high-end residential building in prime central London covering all RIBA stages from concept through to construction.
The expectation would be to work alongside a lead architect 2-3 days/week in a West London studio and the rest from home 35-40 hours per week 9-5 with flex.
Experienced Senior Technologists or Senior Project Architects applying must have strong Auto CAD skills and proven experience of producing drawings and details for all RIBA stages, preferably for other high-end residential and/or listed buildings.
