A leading contemporary design property developer based in North London is seeking a talented and experienced Senior FF&E Designer to join their growing in-house design team. This is a client-facing, permanent position offering the opportunity to work on exceptional high-end residential projects from concept through to completion.
About the Role
You will take a leading role in the design and delivery of bespoke FF&E schemes for luxury residential developments. Working closely with internal teams, external consultants, and high-profile clients, you will be responsible for creating refined, cohesive interiors that meet the highest standards of design and quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the FF&E design process across multiple high-end residential projects
- Develop and present creative concepts, mood boards, and detailed specifications
- Source premium furniture, fixtures, finishes, and accessories
- Manage supplier relationships, procurement, and budgeting
- Produce detailed FF&E schedules and documentation
- Oversee installation and styling to ensure design integrity
- Act as a key point of contact for clients, delivering a professional and polished experience
Requirements
- Proven experience at least 6 year in high-end residential FF&E design (essential)
- Excellent client-facing and presentation skills
- Strong knowledge of suppliers, materials, and finishes
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Proficiency in relevant design software (e.g. AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite)
