Position Overview Highly creative Senior Interior Designer to join the interior design team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong design sensibility, proven project leadership, and expert knowledge of Revit and Rhino for concept development, modeling, and documentation. You will lead interior design projects across various sectors — including retail, hospitality, commercial, high end residential, and mixed-use — and mentor junior designers within a collaborative studio environment. Key Responsibilities Lead the interior design process from concept through to completion on large-scale or high-profile projects. Manage a small team. Develop and present compelling design narratives, supported by high-quality visuals, mood boards. Use Revit and Rhino to develop detailed 3D models, layouts, and coordinated drawing packages. Collaborate closely with architects, urban designers, and external consultants to ensure cohesive and integrated design solutions. Manage design teams and delegate tasks efficiently while fostering a supportive and creative team culture. Stay current with design trends, materials, finishes, and innovations in interior architecture. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or related field. Minimum 6 years of professional experience in interior design, Proficient in Revit and Rhino — essential for this role. Strong graphic and presentation skills; proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator). Demonstrated experience delivering projects across different stages, from concept to construction documentation. Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
