Senior Pitch Winning Workplace Interior Designer required for a lively studio in South West London. A highly respected workplace design practice is hiring for an Associate Interior Designer to join their growing large team, with their Head Office in South West London. They have an incredibly welcoming team offering a huge support network to further your skills and career!
They are looking for someone who is key to presenting highly creative ideas to top-level clients. You will come from a role where you have exceptional Bid and Project winning experience, with excellent experience in ideally commercial workplace or D&B.
Itβs a busy office, so no day will be the same, and you will be expected to be there a full 5 days. Responsibilities include:
- Manage and deliver the design process from conception to completion in a highly organised way with an efficient attention to detail.
- Ensure that the Design ethos and vision of the business is communicated and demonstrated throughout the project.
- Produce AutoCAD drawings at all stages of a project and demonstrate in-depth technical competency for project demands.
- Prepare budgets and quality standards of each project.
- Activities related to job running including development of project design programmes, resourcing, change control amongst others.
Requirements:
- Degree in Interior Design or Architecture.
- High level of AutoCAD or Revit skills.
- Highly computer literate, skilled in Microsoft Office and Adobe Suite applications.
- Skilled presenter both verbally and visually using software and hand drawing skills.
- Experience of working directly with the client, contractor and design team.
- Experience delivering projects from inception to construction.
