Job Description
A well known, small but high profile company we are partnering with are looking for a Senior FF&E Designer to join their expanding team. With a portfolio that spans luxury hotels, boutique resorts, and high end luxury residential this is an opportunity to work on some new hotel projects. As they continue to grow in the high-end hospitality sector, they are seeking an exceptional Senior FF&E Designer to lead and shape the creative direction of our projects across the globe.
This will be based full time in the office but lots of opportunities to travel abroad for projects.
The Role:
As our Senior FF&E Designer, you will lead the design and delivery of FF&E packages from concept to installation. You’ll collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and prestigious clients to develop innovative and timeless interiors that reflect each project's unique vision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead FF&E design for multiple high-end hospitality projects concurrently.
- You must be a senior designer in your current role and be able to hit the ground running.
- Develop concept presentations, mood boards, and detailed FF&E specifications.
- Manage procurement schedules, budgets, and supplier coordination.
- Collaborate closely with Interior Designers, Architects, and Project Managers.
- Oversee installations to ensure design integrity and quality control on-site.
- Mentor and support junior team members.
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 6/7+ years of FF&E design experience, with a strong portfolio in luxury hospitality.
- Proven track record delivering 5-star hotel or resort projects globally or regionally.
- Deep understanding of materials, finishes, furniture design, and industry trends.
- Strong supplier and manufacturer network across Europe, Asia, and the Americas.
- Highly organized with excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in FF&E software tools (InDesign, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Suite, etc.).
- Degree in Interior Design or related field.
- Studio Based in East London.
