Urgent technical roles with an established London based AJ100 practice. Due to a major influx of fire remedial oriented work within the UK high rise residential sector, this established practice is now looking to hire 2-3 technically adept individuals for a newly formed technical team. They currently have a minimum of 2 years confirmed work, with more coming in, so you will be kept very busy!
This office prides itself on being supportive and friendly, so it’s actually a great place to work! They offer hybrid working and have a fantastic office culture.
They need the following people ASAP:
- Senior Architectural Technologist - to £45k pa
- Senior Project Architect - to £55k pa
- Architect - to £45k pa
Skills and experience you will need:
- AutoCAD and Revit proficiency
- Extensive experience working on stages 4 onwards
- Proven experience working on UK based residential and high rise developments
- Superb technical knowledge
- Sound knowledge of the UK Building Regulations
- Ideally an interest in the ‘nitty gritty’ technical/package side of projects
- Good communication skills and ability to manage your own work with minimal supervision
